The interactive multi-media learning center is part of the permanent exhibition „ The Concentration Camp Sachsenhausen 1936-1945. Events and Developments“. The focus is on the memories of former concentration camp inmates. In film interviews these survivors describe their horrible experiences in the camp. They answer visitors’ questions like: How could one endure forced labor in the work details? What effect did ongoing hunger have on the inmates? How could inmates survive death marches?
